  • How do I sign up?
    In Store At any AMVETS Thrift Store location, ask a cashier or store associate for a rewards card. Online Visit the website address: www.supportthevets.org/rewards After signing up for the rewards program, you may pick up a rewards card at any AMVETS Thrift Store location. From your mobile device Download the “AMVETS Thrift” app on your mobile device. After signing up for the rewards program, you may pick up a rewards card at any AMVETS Thrift Store location. Register your card online at the website address: www.supportthevets.org/rewards or download the “AMVETS Thrift”app on your mobile device to complete your profile.
  • I'm having trouble signing up Please Help!
    Follow the instructions below to complete your registration Go to www.SupportTheVets.org/Rewards on any computer or download the mobile app and click on the appropriate link to enter your email address and a password that you choose Look in your email inbox (or junk folder) for an email containing a link to verify your email address and click on the link Go back to www.SupportTheVets.org/Rewards or open the app and click on the button to log in. Log in using the email and password you chose and fill out some basic information. Once complete, your bonus points will be added automatically and your card will be active to redeem your points! Of course you can always call us at 1 855-411-4650 M-F between 9:00am - 3:30pm to get further help or to register your card over the phone.
  • Can I start earning points right away?
    Rewards members can begin earning points immediately after receiving rewards cards.
  • I forget my card or I am missing points. Now what?
    If you forget to bring your card, simply notify a cashier that you are a rewards member and provide the store associate with the phone number associated with your rewards card. If you are missing points, simply click on the rewards tab above and fill out the points request form on that page.
  • Do I earn points on sales tax or pre-discount amounts?
    Rewards members earn points on pre-tax subtotals and after all discounts, promotions, and coupons have been applied. Points cannot be earned on sales tax or pre-discount totals. Additionally, points will not be earned on the dollar amount of points redeemed.
  • How do I earn points?
    Points are earned on any qualifying purchases made at AMVETS Thrift Stores. Present your card at the time of purchase to earn rewards points. For every one dollar a Rewards member spends at AMVETS Thrift Store, ten points will be earned.
  • Is there a limit to the amount of points I can earn?
    There is no limit to the amount of points that can be earned with the Save and Support Rewards Program.
  • How do I redeem rewards?
    Points can only be redeemed after completing customer profiles online or through the AMVETS Thrift mobile application. Points can be redeemed in quantities of 250 points or more.
  • Are there any limitations on what points can be redeemed for?
    Points can be redeemed for anything in the store unless otherwise noted. Points cannot be redeemed toward the purchase of a gift card.
  • How much are the points worth?
    Every 250 rewards points earned are equal to $1.00 that can be redeemed for a purchase at any AMVETS Thrift Store location.
  • Where can I redeem my rewards?
    Rewards may be redeemed at any AMVETS Thrift Store location.
  • How do I earn bonus points?
    1,250 bonus points can be earned by completing a Save & Support Rewards Member profile. Other bonus points can be earned by taking advantage of promotions advertised with AMVETS Thrift Stores, through email messages, or on the AMVETS Thrift Stores Facebook page
  • Where can I view a history of my transactions?
    Transaction histories can be viewed through the online member portal (www.supportthevets.org/rewards) or within the AMVETS Thrift mobile app.
  • Do points expire?
    Points do not have an expiration date for active members; however, if a customer account is inactive for twelve months it will be deactivated.
  • Can I give points away to other customers/friends/family?
    Points cannot be transferred to other customers or rewards accounts.
  • Do I earn points on all merchandise in the store?
    Points can be earned on all merchandise in the thrift stores unless otherwise noted. Points cannot be earned from gift card purchases.
  • How do I know how many points I have?
    Points balances can be reviewed through the online member portal located at the web address www.supportthevets.org/rewards or by signing in to the mobile application
  • Where can I learn more about how AMVETS supports American Veterans and their families?

  • What do I do if my card has been lost, damaged, or stolen?"
    You may notify us at any AMVETS Thrift Store or send an email to AMVETS@supportthevets.org. At this point the card will be deactivated. If you have an Available Points Balance at the time of deactivation, it can be requested that the balance be transferred to a new card.
  • Where can I find more detailed information?
    Visit www.supportthevets.org/legal to view AMVETS Save and Support Rewards program terms and conditions and privacy policy.
  • My browser keeps refreshing upon registration why can't I sign up or log in?
    The issue seems limited to Safari, we are currently working on a fix. For now please use Chrome, FireFox, or Internet Explorer, thank you.
  • How do I contact an AMVETS associate to answer further questions?
